Shady Maple Farm sells all types and grades of Pure Maple Syrup
and Sugar to wholesalers, distributors, importers, retailers and
to large food processors who use pure maple syrup as a natural
sweetener and flavor enhancer in their own products.
The North American Indians were the first to make the happy
discovery of maple syrup. Long before European settlers arrived,
Amerindians were making syrup by boiling down the sap that rises
every spring in the hardy wood of northern maple trees.
