SDGR is assigned a project to support officials of the city in the development a framework for a partnership agreement. Following an Expression of Interest and a Request for Proposal, the City on September 14, 2004, announced the signature of a partnership agreement with Acadian Development.
At completion of the project, estimated to be in 2008, Acadian will have invested more than 55M$ in real estate projects including municipal installations for the completion of the Citys downtown development strategy.
La Cit Collgiale SDGR is assigned to a business development project for the Innovation and Business Development sector at the college. SDGR also leads as project aimed at geberating partnerships with the public, private and community sectors. More than 125 projects were signed with 80 local, national and international organizations with a total value of 8M$
Canadian International Development Agency
Team members worked closely with CIDA to develop a contract management process in line with Treasury Board guidelines.
Federal Government
Our consultants have supported newly appointed senior mangers in skills and competencies development. These officials nominated within a conflict environment, it is with our consultants reputed expertise wise counsel that the new managers were able to develop new strategies, mobilize the team and reach a common goal.
City of Bathurst
The City requested the expertise of SDGR to review their human resources stratgeies. With our assistance the city develop new project management identification, planning and control approach extensively used by the City Manager.
The Human Resources department used the results of this new methodology to implement a new performance review process and to reward those employees based on their merit.
Canadian Association of Guidance Counsellors
With increasing pressures on the profession, SDGR is assigned to survey all members of the Association across Canada. The information obtained was used by SDGR in the development of a strategic plan. It was approved by the Board of Governors and was used to guide the actions of the Association for more than 3 years
- The City of Dieppe New Brunswick announces the signature of a partnership agreement with Acadian Development The project which includes the construction of a new city hall and other municipal installations is estimated at 55M$
- La Cite Collegiale is awarded the prestigious Trillium Award for its work in developing partnerships with the successful negotiation of more than 125 projects with more than 80 partners with a total value of more than 8M$.
