A simple solution...

The Formadrain process repairs pipes of all sizes and shapes. It uses existing access points, so no digging is required. It can be used to repair all kings of damage;

• Collapsed, split, cracked or broken pipes;
• Pipes clogged by roots;
• Poorly installed or leaky joints;
• Water infiltration;
• Any leakage problems resulting from aging, corrosion, wear and

tear, or accidental breakage.

That meets you needs...

• No digging:

The repairs are done from existing access points, sewer outlets or manholes.

• Any length of pipe:

Very long sections can be repaired by overlapping as many composite sleeves an necessary.

• Spot repair:

Only the site of the leakage is repaired. The resin tightly seals joints and cracks.

• Epoxy resin with exceptional resistance:

Well-known for resisting chemicals and abrasives, the resin can be modified to withstand raw effluents or specific solvents, depending on the customer's needs.

• Minimal reduction in pipe diameter:

Because of the resin's tight adherence, smooth surface and strong resistance, the thickness of the repair membrane can be reduced to a minimum.

• The quality of the materials used means solid repairs:

Only epoxy resins are used because their resistance to chemicals and abrasives is 25% higher than that of polyester resins. They also have a high level of mechanical and structural flexibility and strength.

• The membrane composite can be adapted to the customer's needs:

This process can be used on large public sewer systems as well as small and medium - size industrial, commercial or residential pipes.

THE PROCESS IS SUITABLE FOR ALL KINDS OF PIPING:

• Public sewer systems:

From 200mm (8 inches) or more made of clay, reinforced concrete, asbestos cement, corrugated iron, etc...

• Industrial, commercial or residential piping;

From 75mm (3 inches) or more made of clay, reinforced concrete, cast iron, asbestos cement, no-corrode, PVC etc. and in any shape: circular, square, oval, straight or elbow.

EACH REPAIR JOB IS ADAPTED TO THE TYPE OF DAMAGE AND THE CUSTOMER'S SPECIFIC NEEDS.
