Rudolphs Specialty Bakeries is a long established quality
oriented bakery of sour dough rye breads and SanFranciscus
Sourdough wheat breads under the RUDOLPH'S Brand. The firm
commenced the production of flat breads (tortillas, chapati,
roti, and wraps) in 1992 under the brand names of Casa Jorge, Taj
Mahal and private label such as Our Compliments, Mogulai and
Dempsters, and Food Service Packs.
The firm is also the largest producer of sponge layer cakes
(FLANS) in North America, producing under the RUDOLPH'S Brand,
WESTON Brand, BAKERS OVEN (A&P) Brand and various frozen food
service brands.
