Romor Atlantic Limited is manufacturers' sales representative and
distributor for oceanographic, geophysical, defence and offshore
oil & gas equipment, instrumentation and supplies. We represent
industry leaders from the United States, Europe and Canada.
Our major clients include Bedford Institute of Oceanography,
Geological Survey of Canada, Department of National Defence of
Canada, Vemco Limited, Satlantic Inc. and major survey and
geophysical companies.
COMPANY HISTORY
The company began in 1984 as the east coast office of Romor
Equipment, an Ontario-based manufacturers' sales representative.
In 1992 Mr. Darrin Verge renamed it Romor Atlantic. The company
was incorporated as Romor Atlantic Limited in 1994.
COMPANY MANAGEMENT
Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Mr. Verge graduated from
Toronto's DeVry Institute of Technology in 1983 with a diploma in
Electronic Technology. Under Mr. Verge's ownership, annual
revenue from company sales has steadily increased from 1992.

Profiling Sonars, Side Scan, Subbottom, Multibeam
Our sonar systems employ high-resolution technology and utilize
fully digital image processing. Sonar processors run
multidiscipline survey systems allowing the addition of other
valuable sensors, providing supplemental data to the sonar
imagery.

Sensors include transducers, transmitters, depth sensors, water
stage sensors, portable standards, meteorological measurement

Pipe And Cable Tracking
High-performance system is a self-contained survey system
providing location, tracking and survey data about the pipeline
or cable's relative position, achieving burial depths that have
previously been unattainable. Can be deployed on a wide range
of subsea vehicles due to it compact size, ease of installation
and use.
Hydrographic Survey Tools
Using a (MBES)Multibeam echo sounder, you are able to map the
complete underwater landscape with significant accuracy. When
combined with other sensors, provides data on underwater terrain
to support numerous survey tasks.
Hydrophones, Arrays, Towed And Bottom Mounted
These products are used for high resolution seismic, engineering,
research and military applications. With superior bandwidth,
