RastafariCentral Inc. is a Canadian-registered not-for-profit corporation committed to raising funds for use in children's causes around the planet, regardless of race, colour or creed.

We promote a global consciousness with respect, peace, love and dignity for everyone.

Fundraising activities include a combination of direct retail, eCommerce and direct donations.

Donation Policy for the Corporation is as follows:

• Goods and services only. No cash donations are allowed.
• $10, 000 (ten thousand dollars) maximum for any one project.
• The coporation will be represented in person by, if possible, a member of the BOD. IN the case that a BOD member is unavailable, the BOD will appoint an appropriate individual or set of individuals.
• All BOD members will be specifically offered the opportunitry to attend each donation event.
• The corporation will assume all costs related to travel to and from each donation event.

The spirit of this bylaw is to ensure that donations are received by the intended parties, and to afford the BOD and other RfC members the opportunity to travel and expand their own series of contacts around the world. Travel to these events may also be used as training opportunities and/or rewards for RfC employees.

The BOD understands that this policy may, in fact, cause some individuals concern as to how RfC chooses to use its funds. We appreciate this concern, but respond with the following points:

• We want to ensure that our donations get to whom we direct them. Cash donations, we've seen many times and in particular to 3rd world countries, are often stolen in transit.
• We feel that world travel is extremely important to our cause, and the opportunity to see 3rd world countries up close and personal will benefit the corporation.
• If knowing our donation policy causes any person or persons to not do business with RfC, then we'd happy to direct them to another corporation for their t-shirt, etc. No harm, no worries, no foul.
