Rewards By Design designs and manufactures a unique line of sports collectibles, souvenirs, gifts and awards by carving names through baseball bats, hockey sticks and canoe paddles.
Since 1984, the strength of Rewards has been the ability to sculpture names and messages into baseball bats by cutting out the areas around the letters leaving the baseball bat fully intact. This technique is used to produce a number of customized articles including baseball bats, hockey and goal sticks, canoe paddles, 3 foot darts, shovels and rolling pins.
Rewards By Design is the only well known company to provide these products. Strong and creative marketing has made the 'personalized' baseball bat the most sought after award and gift. Sales have increased by twenty per cent in each of the last two years.
Export sales to the United States have increased with the acquisition of licences from the National Hockey League and Major League Baseball, and the development of a franchise program. Rewards By Design looks forward to continued positive growth.
