ReflectoSphere Canada, Division of 2010216 Ontario Limited, makes and supplies retro-reflective products. These include various diameters of hemispherically aluminized, high index glass microspheres (ReflectoSpheres), coatings, inks, aerosols and heat activated transfer web systems.
We have ample production capacity of over 4, 000 kg per shift. Our products are of excellent quality and competitively priced.
ReflectoSpheres are sold directly and through our distributors to coatings and ink manufacturers for formulation into proprietary retro-reflective products.
We offer full technical support, to companies who wish to develop formulations and processes for applying retro-reflective surfaces to any substrate.
We work under non-disclosure agreements with major coatings, ink, automotive, textile and safety product manufacturers, to develop new products.

We have proprietary processes for the production of retro- reflective surfaces on any substrate.
Our manufacturing system uses specialized, company designed equipment that permits high volume production of top quality reflective microspheres, with minimal personnel. This technology is available for licensing to qualified companies.
Since January 2000, we have initiated large scale production in Canada of Light Beads, in several diameters. We now have over 30 products based on our Light Bead microspheres.
These include unique single package, water- thinned, one year stable retro-reflective screen printing inks for textiles, paper and plastics.
Our Retro-Reflective Aerosols, developed in 2001, are the subject of a US Patent Application, filed in August, 2000.
Our Retro-Reflective Acrylic Lacquers and Moisture Cured Polyurethanes are gaining favour in the OEM Automotive, Truck & Highway Trailer markets and aftermarkets.
An unique oriented bead transfer system makes it possible to transfer retro-reflective surfaces onto virtually any substrate. This can be done as full coverage, area coverage, or as pattern or design printing.
We have successfully developed Retro-Reflective Powder Coatings.
Fluidized bed coating of Light Beads onto wet or hot melt adhesives has been successfully demonstrated.
Water-Thinned Retro-Reflective Polyurethane Coatings are available for spray, direct or reverse roller coating, knife coating & curtain coating onto many surfaces, including PVC coated fabrics.
