Organizational & Program Assessments We will assess how well an organization, organizational unit, or a specific program is meeting stakeholder expectations and identify any opportunities for improving results and increasing satisfaction. This type of review goes by various names, including management review, operational audit or a needs and satisfaction study. Clients typically retain us to carry out this work in order to: Determine the effectiveness of recently implemented or pilot programs; Periodically assess the effectiveness of established programs or processes; Obtain an independent, third party assessment of performance prior to initiating organizational or operational change. While each assignment is unique and is tailored to meet each clients needs, it usually entails: developing and agreeing to clearly defined terms of reference, conducting interviews with executives and key staff; surveys of employees and customers, and analysis of processes, service levels, and results.
