satisfaction. This type of review goes by various names,
including management review, operational audit or a needs and
satisfaction study.
Clients typically retain us to carry out this work in order to:
Determine the effectiveness of recently implemented or
pilot programs;
Periodically assess the effectiveness of established
programs or processes;
Obtain an independent, third party assessment of
performance prior to initiating organizational or operational

While each assignment is unique and is tailored to meet each
