Quebecor Printpak was formed in 1990 as an outsourcing partner to high tech manufacturing companies in the Calgary area. In 1997, Printpak opened a Toronto location providing the same key services but now with a National account focus. Key services include; digital print on demand, inventory management, assembly (kits, software packages, document packages, etc), and distribution on a local, national and international basis. Quebecor Printpak uses Kan Ban manufacturing and replenishment techniques and operates 'just in time' (JIT) pull systems with suppliers and customers. In 1993, Quebecor Printpak became the first printer in Canada to achieve ISO 9002 quality system registration, demonstrating our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
