offers AH&LA Hospitality Management Diploma and Certificate
programs as well as a variety of individual courses by
Independent home study.
In todays fast paced hospitality industry, hotel and restaurant
owners, managers and supervisors must have broad-based knowledge
of all aspects of the business in order to keep their properties
competitive. This practical, industry-built curriculum consists
of 12 courses covering a full spectrum of hospitality
Food & Beverage Mangement
PDIT, in partnership with the Educational Institute, offers a
Departmental Specialization Certificate in Seven key Tourism &
Hospitality operational departments by Distance Education. Each
of the seven specializations feature Four courses departmental
specific plus a course on supervision in the hospitality
Industry.
Students enrolled in the Food & Beverage Management Certificate
of Specialization are primed for a career in the various
sections of Food & Beverage Service Industry. The program
concentrates on the technical and supervisory job skills that
this position demand. Graduates form the Food & Beverage
Management Program receive two certificates: one from the
Professional Development Institute of Tourism, and another from
the American Hotel and Motel Association, recognized by
employers around the world
