in Canada and, to a lesser extent, the United States and a number
of other countries worldwide. Precision is the leading provider
of land drilling services in Canada and currently markets 214
drilling rigs in Canada, representing approximately 37% of the
Canadian market for drilling rigs. Additionally, Precision
provides (I) land drilling rigs and under balanced drilling
services internationally; and (ii) primarily in Canada, conducts
well servicing operations; designs, packages, sells and services
natural gas industry for drilling, completion and production
activities; and provides industrial process services, including
specialized equipment and labour services, to downstream oil and
gas, petrochemical and other process industry customers.
