  Prairie Berries frozen saskatoon berries are packaged in 11kg bag & box. The berries are graded using Canada A, B, or C standards and are packaged by the most common varieties: Theissen, Martin, Northline, and Smokie.

• Fruit Topping

  Fruit Topping with whole berries in a sauce made for ice cream, pancakes, waffles, cheesecake, filling Sizes available include: Retail jars 314ml and 580ml. Food Service sizes; 5kg, 10kg, 20kg

• Gift Boxes & Baskets

  Our gift basket / boxes are positioned for corporate or retail sales. The contents of the baskets includes a full range of the fruit products such as jams, syrups, chocolates, fruit toppings and chocolates

• Pie Filling

  Prairie Berries pie filling is made from 70% fruit and is low in sugar. The pie filling is positioned for the food service industry and sells in 5kg, 10kg, and 20kg sizes.

• Saskatoon Berry Concentrate

  Praire Berries Saskatoon berry concentrate is positioned for the ingredient and beverage industries. The product has no preservatives or additives. The product is sold frozen in a 200 litre drum.

• Saskatoon Berry Puree

  Prairie Berries saskatoon berry puree is made from the top grade of frozen saskatoon berries ensuring the best flavour and colour. There are no additives or preservatives. The product is sold frozen in 10kg, 20kg pails or a 200 litre drum.

• Spread

  Prairie Berries saskatoon berry spreads are positioned for the gift market. They are sold by the case (12 units) in 110ml or 250ml sizes.

• Syrup

  Prairie Berries gourmet saskatoon berry syrups are positioned for the gift market. They are sold in a case of 12 units/ case.
