Pipe Master 3000 Features:
The automated catwalk easily accommodates an 11 drill collar. The original open center design incorporates hydraulic leveling, indexing, backup manual controls, custom built v-door and a built-in manifold building. It fits substructure heights from 18 to 30. Our first unit was produced in 2000.
Tubular Capacity:
Drill pipe: 2 3/8 to 6 5/8, up to and including Range III
Drill collars: 3 1/2 to 11, up to including Range II
Casing: 20 Range III

Top Drive
Features:
The top drive is rugged and reliable. Our original design dates to 1987. The center kit Hagglunds motor is compact with a high output to weight ratio. It can accommodate rigs from 50 to 250 tons. Costs to build and install as part of an integrated project are less than 15% of total project costs.
