Ppm Clarifiers (tm) And Saturn Clarifiers
Posedon PPM Clarifiers (TM) and Saturn use dissolved air floatation to separate suspended particles from effluent or process water. A small portion of the treated water is recirculated and pressurized to absorb the air required for proper solids separation. The Posedon method of dissolving air produces very small microbubbles. This characteristic leads to efficiencies far exceeding conventional standards. The Posedon PPM Clarifiers (TM) and Saturn Clarifiers utilize the Posepack (TM) system, which maintains an extremely low overflow rate in the unit, resulting in minimal chemical usage.
The pre-mounted unit features a rectangular or a column shape design which makes maximum use of minimal floor space. The system requires no field assembly, saving time and money on installation. Simply unload, position and connect.
With a capture rate of 95% or greater, and a typical sludge consistency of 4% or greater, this unit reduces sludge volume and dewatering requirements. Complete stainless steel construction along with low polymer consumption assures consistent performance and reduced operation costs.
