The whitefish caviar, unique in Quebec, has a very fine taste and is much less salty than other caviars. This caviar is totally natural, without any added preservatives or colour. The eggs are obtained during October and November, then washed, drained, salted and packed by hand in the Temiscamingue region of northwest Quebec.
