  PRELIMINARY REVIEW - GAP ANALYSIS - INTERNAL AUDITS

  Pilot Performance will assist companies by providing a third party preliminary review, gap analysis or internal audit. A systematic, unbiased and independent examination of company's operations. These third party audit reports could support company's EMS activities and management system registration or self-declaration to ISO 14001, or financial/insurance reporting requirements. Audits are performed by certified environmental auditors, and technical support.

  To begin, your company will complete a questionnaire related to your EMS. This report will then be followed up with a walk through of your facilities. A review of audit evidence for meeting standard requirements for ISO 14001 and a review of your present company's policy and objectives and targets to your system, will be conducted through interviews, examination of documents, observation of activities and conditions, etc. Those areas that require improvement will be addressed in a report, to the agreed audit criteria.
