Model PRD-12-60 unique dual rotation system allows you to prepare the tastiest and most tender roasted chicken. Powerful (125,000 btu) gas or propane jets. Refractory bricks line the combustion chamber. Electronic digital thermostat. Forward and reverse rotation. Wide door opening. Picard Water Cooling Unit
Model LP-460, 1-hp compressor, 240 volts, 1 phase. Water goes in with city pressure and comes out refrigerated and under pressure. It can be connected directly to a water meter; made of stainless steel.

Picard Spiral Mixer With Fixed Bowl
