Picard Revolving Tray Oven Model T
Top quality baking thanks to our revolutionary burners (direct
fire)and our efficient heat exchanger (indirect fire). A truly
heavy-duty oven.minimum maintenance. Heat exchanger and fully
insulated walls and top. Built-in steam system. Stainless steel
construction. Available with 4, 6, 8 or 10 shelves and capacity
of up to 80 baking trays. 100% glass door, automatic start and
stop system for shelves, mechanical steam evacuation system

Picard Super Roasting Oven
Model PRD-12-60 unique dual rotation system allows you to
prepare the tastiest and most tender roasted chicken. Powerful
(125,000 btu) gas or propane jets. Refractory bricks line the
combustion chamber. Electronic digital thermostat. Forward and
reverse rotation. Wide door opening. The door slides inside the
front panel to save space and prevent burnt arms. Oven is
mounted on solid wheels. Stainless steel front, interior, and
exterior side panels. Stainless steel pan on bottom retains
chicken grease. Capacity of 12 skewers holding up to 60 chickens
Of 3.3 lbs. (1.5 kg.)automatic pneumatic door opening system

Picard Tunnel Oven
Model LP-200 can reach high temperatures. Ideal for products
which need a short baking time. Designed for simultaneous
operation with both gas (bottom) and electricity (top). Maximum
temperature of 650 degrees F at the bottom, 850 degrees F at the
top. Baking compartment, front, back and top panels made of
Stainless steel. Aluminum sides. Six inches of insulation in
walls and ceiling. Removable panels for easy access to mechanical
systems. Panoramic window. Baking belt made of natural granite

Picard Direct Fired Tunnel Oven
Flexotherm model. Constant temperature controlled by mainframe
computer. Store recipes in memory. Temperature sensors for each
baking zone. Ventilation system evenly distyributes heat across
the baking chamber standby mode. Variable height doors.
Stainless steel exterior, including top and ends. Interior walls
made of stainless steel. Low maintenance. Access to mechanical

Picard Final Proofer
Heat and humidity automatically controlled by separate
electronic thermostats. The operator may select desired relative
humidity (as high a 90% rh)in any temperature range up to 120
degrees F. Master power switch, latches and hinges are heavy
duty die cast. Aluminum construction except for front which is
all stainless steel. Walls and ceilings are constructed of
sandwich aluminum panels insulated with moisture resistant and
flame retardant polystyrene. Extruded stainless steel frame.
Bumper guards made of aluminum. Safety inside escape latch.
Lighting. The air conditioner is constructed of stainless steel

Picard Adjustable Sheet Pan Depositor
Model LP-372 telescopic holder for 18 x 26 inches trays. This low
price machine can produce up to 360 sheet cakes per hour and
with only one operator. Adjustable desired batter thickness.
Accurate uniform weight sanitary swivel wheels with locking
devices. All stainless steel construction, sanitary,stainless
steel cover to protect paper roll. Blade protector for safety.
Quick blade change. This mobile machine can be cleaned out by
simply running hot water through the unit, or can be disassembled
without tools and put in the dishwasher.
Picard Muffin Depositor Lp-370
Also deposits cake batter or any other semi-liquid batter.
Durable aluminum and stainless steel construction. Fully
automatic. Precise quantity of batter deposited and constant
quality. Capacity of 6,000 muffins per hour or more. Only one
operator required. First depositor head drops muffin batter
inside mould. You may also add other depositor heads (two-tone
Muffins, jelly, dry ingredients on top of the batter).
Picard's Horizontal Cake Slicer
Model LP-450 makes perfect slices for all kinds of cakes by
combining multiple cutting heads. Adjustable blade (height).
Thickness of bottom slice must be at least 1/2 inch. Following
slice may be as thin as 1/16 of an inch. Variable-speed belt. Dc
drive. Safety guards. Adjustable legs provided. Available in
varying conveyor lengths depending on the number of cutting
heads that best suit your needs.
Picard Semi-automatic Bun Divider And Rounder
Model SM-11-36 divides and rounds soft and hard dough evenly.
Production capacity of up to 6,000 pieces/hour depending on
operator efficiency and production flow. Easy weight adjustment.
Motor overload protection. Easy cleaning. Three lightweight,
sanitary plastic rounding plates are included.
Picard Bowl Lifter
Model LP-280 for hobart bowls. Hydraulic system able to lift up
bowls 73 inches from floor. 12-volt rechargeable, heavy duty
battery. Charge indicator. Removable control box. Only one
operator required. Made for 140, 80 and 60-quart bowls.
Picard Water Cooling Unit
Model LP-460, 1-hp compressor, 240 volts, 1 phase. Water goes in
with city pressure and comes out refrigerated and under pressure.
It can be connected directly to a water meter; made of stainless
steel.
Picard Spiral Mixer With Fixed Bowl
Solid and sturdy construction. Practically maintenance-free.
Entirely belt-driven transmission which results in quiet
operating cycles. Central tool spiral arm, safety guard and bowl
are 100% stainless steel (safety guards for mixers SM-25 and
SM-50). Overload protection. Two timers: one for each speed
(except for SM-25). Safety guard with limit switch. Limit switch
ensures that mixer will not run if safety guard is not properly
engaged. Two stationary casters in rear, one swivel caster in
front for easy mobility. Four stop locks to secure mixer in
