Our experience in the area of plant shutdowns, maintenance,
start-ups and operations makes us a prime candidate for these
projects. We are capable of supplying all personnel, including
supervision, coordination, tradesman, operational personnel,
and schedulers necessary for successful plant shutdown. We have
proven our ability to follow through with necessary plant
maintenance and successful plant start-up upon completion. Our
expertise in these fields includes the areas of sweet and sour
gas processing plants, compression facilities, pulp mills and
coal processing plants.
Petrocare quality control standards are governed by ASME piping
and vessel codes, as well as C.S.A. standard 47.1 for structural
steel fabrication. Regular audits by regulatory authorities from
provincial and national bodies ensure that all documentation is
current and accurate. Our in house quality control personnel
receive ongoing instruction and certification.
Our expertise in shutdowns and maintenance functions can be
verified by national and international companies. In the oil and
gas sector Petro Canada Resources, Chevron Canada, Shell,
Tailsman, Gulf, and Imperial Oil are current clients. Overall,
our client group includes in excess of 25 petroleum related
companies. Pulp mill shutdowns are ongoing with Weldwood,
Weyerhauser, Daishowa and Alberta Pacific facilities.
Successful completion of every project undertaken has
