An Instructional Designer or Content Manager - with little or no programming experience - can pour content into a set of rich learning-delivery templates for rapid course generation. The course is then exported as XML - which can be deployed as a standards-compliant course. All you need on hand is your content. No need to outsource a course to a third-party vendor or buy content with expensive licenses! No need for an expensive IT and Web development team to create the level of rich content you need for effective instruction.
