Established in 1960, PPD has grown to six specialized units
producing quality components for engineering and commercial
applications. Each unit utilizes PPD's experience in all aspects
of production to develop innovative solutions that create value
for customers.

PPD offers a unique combination of production capabilities in
direct compression molding, thermoplastic injection, rubber
compounds and metal stamping, with design and engineering skills
in mold and machine making.

design, tooling, production and expansion of our manufacturing

Our Mold-Making expertise offers you:
Molds for many processes: reaction injection molding, resin
transfer molding, structural RIM, low pressure SMC,
Thermoplastic injection molding, rotational molding and many
other processes.

A unique choice of materials:


- Electoformed Nickel Shells up to 10'X12'
- Porous free, Machined cast Kirksite shells, up to 30,000lbs
- Machined Aluminum or Steel
- Epoxy, Vynil ester and REN
Tooling features such as:

- Mirror or textured finishes or a combination of both,
- Activated core pins, Hydraulic slides,
- Hydraulic ejectors systems,
- Hydraulic activated moveable Cores, etc.
