Organizational Development Services (ODS) is a First Nations
training and consulting service. We operate within Kahnawake
Shakotiia'takehnhas Community Services, a Mohawk Health and
Social Service agency with over 50 years of combined management
experience in:

ODS believes that capacity building is a crucial and necessary strategy to successful self determination. Capacity building helps
individuals, families, organizations and nations develop to their full potential.
Where possible, we employ and train people within the
organizations and communities we work for. The intent is to
leave skills and knowledge with clients, the community and/or organization.
We have built effective networks with other First Nation professionals, organizations and government resources. We use these networks to develop partnerships necessary to the success and high quality of services we provide.
