x 20' ) space enough to house two transfer presses.

capabilities, including mechanical and controls design
engineering, machining, fabrication, assembly, testing and
installation. Orchid also provides complete engineering support
to customers, including on-site visits, detailed process
analysis and project management.

to run a wide range of parts, in various configurations and

Quick Die Change Systems
A world leader in quick die change and handling solutions,
Orchid's automated systems reduce changeover time from hours to
minutes. A wide range of Orchid systems are available, including
die carriers and pre-stage tables, T-tables, domino die change,
and auxiliary equipment to facilitate the die change process.
Automated Storage / Retrieval Systems
Orchid's automated storage/retrieval systems minimize floor
space required for storage. Retrievers are designed to interface
directly with storage cells, die carriers, presses, and/or other
equipment for a fully automated operation.
Auxiliary Equipment
In addition to a complete line of automation systems, Orchid
provides auxiliary equipment to complete the needs of any press
room application. Die lift rollers, bridge rollers, and pin
pallets are available to facilitate die change and press loading
processes.

Die Maintenance
Orchid provides die openers/rotators and wash systems to assist
in regular maintenance of tooling. These systems provide safe,
efficient opening and reassembly of dies of any size.
Preparations for maintenance, cleaning and inspection is
complete in minutes without struggling with overhead cranes or
forklifts.
