test programs are a speciality of the company. The company has
been involved as a technical expert with several commissions of
enquiry, with a number of environmental impact assessment panels
and has conducted numerous design and development studies as well
a wide range of research programs. President has authored more
than two hundred reports, most of which have been published in
refereed journals and conferences. He is the co-author of a
textbook 'Ice Interaction with Offshore Structures' published by
Van Nostrand Reinhold, 1988.
