With over 200 units operational world-wide, CODAR SeaSonde HF radars have become the coastal HF radar of choice. Whether it be for the U. S. Naval Postgraduate School, the U. S. or Japanese Coast Guards, or a wide-range of civilian littoral observing systems, CODAR HF radars are generating real-time synoptic surface current maps for operations ranging from MetOc to search and rescue. CODAR has a range of systems designed to meet specific applications, whether they be near shore or long-range. Presently, CODAR SeaSondes are operating in Quebec and Nova Scotia and soon to be in New Brunswick.
