Was the prime consultant to supply technical assistance to APEC requesting economies. Initially visited 11 economies and performed an assesment of their status with respect to the use of EDI and UN/EDIFACT within Customs and between their international traders. Also developed and presented several training programs for Customs officials and the private sector. (Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mexico) Also worked with a number of economies to assist them with the development and implementation of EDI pilot projects. (Brunei, Indonesia, Vietnam)
