Based on infrared-enhanced CCD sensor technology, digital day- night vision systems provide 24-hour a day utility for a wide variety of surveillance, security, search and rescue and law enforcement applications.
Stable and accurate at up to 300 yards, the Heatseeker is the only thermal scanner of its kind. By sweeping the scanner across an area, the Heatseeker quickly pinpoints regions that are cooler or warmer than the surrounding environment. Temperature differences are digitally displayed on the Heatseeker's LED display panel. Using the supplied earpiece, you can also 'listen' to your Heatseeker's temperature findings as audible squelches in the same fashion as a geiger counter. The Heatseeker lets you scan both large and small areas to conduct search and rescue operations, identify thermal heat losses in any structure, pinpoint hot spots on machinery for preventative maintenance and much more.
Our line of laser rangefinders use an innovative through-the- lens laser output and receptor system to deliver unparalleled target acquisition and ranging performance. Our laser rangefinders deliver ranging that's accurate to within a yard at distances of up to 5, 000 feet with target acquisition times of less than a second. Some models also provide real-time speed readings (in miles-per-hour or kilometers-per-hour) from 3 mph to 155 mph.
Our line of handheld spotlights ranges from 1-million candlepower to 8-million candlepower. Powered by rechargeable batteries they can be equipped with an assortment of cut-off filters that permit the pass-through of infrared light, dramatically increasing the range of night vision systems. Applications include surveillance, security, search and rescue and law enforcement under both visible and covert conditions.
All objects, animate or inanimate, emit infrared (IR) energy during the day or night. These IR emissions vary depending on the temperature of the object, a characteristic referred to as emissivity. Thermal imaging systems detect this emissivity and convert it to corresponding intensities of visible light on a display. Because the image is not degraded by heavy rain, fog, and other environmental conditions, thermal visioning systems provide true see-in-the-dark capability under almost every atmospheric condition. Applications include surveillance, security, search and rescue and law enforcement.
