Newpark Canada Inc. is comprised of three individual service
companies. Newpark Drilling Fluids, Newpark Environmental
Services and International Mat of Canada.

These services are available to our customers individually as
well as together under the Minimization Management umbrella.
Minimization Management provides a number of services, dependant
on the well, that are managed by one supervisor. By working
together many of the problems associated with separate services
can be eliminated. This results in reduced over all cost to the
customer. Single invoicing all the services and guaranteeing a
fixed cost provides our customers with another option.
