New Age Robotics & Controls was established in 1989 as a robotic service company. We concentrated on electronic repair, servomotor repair and cycle time optimization. Since then, while still maintaining our initial profile, efforts and investments have been made to create a company able to offer a range of services that cover almost all areas related to an automatic manufacturing process. This includes repairs, consulting, programming and the building and supplying of equipment. This full service capability has helped us become highly competitive in the area of robotic automation.

  • Prototype.

  NARC answers key questions regarding reachability, cycle time, robot placement and tight clearance conditions. Our virtual reality graphic simulation will provide you with a full scale, three dimensional workcell. Detailed colour illustrations and full motion video can be provided.

  • Production.

  NARC can analyse an existing manufacturing process. Equipment and programming changes can be examined and re-examined in the office without interrupting production.

  • Maintenance and Equipment Supply.

  We can offer a supply of new or used equipment with warranty either directly or through our partners. NARC maintains a large inventory of spare parts. We are committed to long term support.

  Graphics Simulation

  Using IGRIP simulation software, we can design virtual applications such as resistance welding, arc welding, material handling, press tending, gluing and palletizing. The simulation will give actual cycle time, optimum process efficiency, programmed robots and a better understanding of your process before any capital is invested.

  Robot Service

  N. A. R. C. performs complete, expedient turnaround of robot refurbishing with warranty. Repair service is also extended to teach pendants, electronic boards, motors, tachogenerators, cables and electronic boards.
