the manufacturing and custom machining needs of London and area

N & L Machinery is versatile and well equipped for:

- Production machining - Single spindle automatic screw machines,
turret lathes up to 2 1/2' diameter bar cap. These machines are
particularly cost effective for the 100 piece to 10,000 piece lot
size.
- Custom machining - Milling, turning, drilling, cutting, along
with other standard machining processes.
- Light to medium fabricating - Shearing, punching, forming in 18
gauge through 1/4 plate. Shear 1/4' plate x 10',4' brake,
ironworker and punch presses.
- Welding - With stick, MIG, TIG, oxy/acetylene on most materials
steel, stainless,
aluminum, etc.
- Other services - Threading, boring, surface grinding,
broaching, shaper work rolls to 4'. They can work from verbal
descriptions or sketches to detailed drawings.

N & L normally has a considerable variety of raw materials on
hand. This includes steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum bar
stock. Pickled and oiled steel sheet 18 gauge through 1/4',
along with aluminum and stainless sheet up to 1/4'.
