allocations, and land value determinations on all sizes of projects.

In its expanding role as development manager, the firms takes
medium to large scale projects from start to finish, acting
essentially as a developer, on behalf of clients.

The firm is particularly active in researching all built forms
and tenures of housing. This includes rental, fee simple and
condominium, and the broad spectrum of types from singles to
townhouses and highrises, basic and luxury in nature, with resort
and retirement themes, in urban, suburban and rural locations.

Lyon Consultants is also well experienced in the analysis and
development of mixed-use residential-commercial developments
as well as industrial research and development. This experience
ranges from new towns to site-specific, large and small scale
mixed-use projects.
