Moving Images Distribution

Moving Images Distribution represents over 500 productions by
some of today's top film and video producers. The roots for this
distribution organization lie within the film and video
community and a group of talented Canadian filmmakers who wanted to connect their work with audiences.

Operating since 1979, we have represented a collection that is
primarily Canadian in origin and innovative in approach to
audiences worldwide. We carry an excellent selection of titles
that are concerned with contemporary social issues and range in
topics from visual arts to media education, cross-cultural
issues to Canadian history, women's issues to environmental concerns, humour to entertainment, avant-garde cinema to digital media.

We serve a diverse clientele in non-theatrical and broadcast
markets. In addition to being telecast internationally, many of
our programs have been used in schools, universities and
colleges, cultural organizations, libraries, community groups
and businesses.
