Mission Computers is an Alberta-based company providing on-site or off-site, customized computer training classes for corporations, government, small business, non-profit organizations and individuals. Mission offers classes for all the leading software packages.

Clients trained by Mission Computers increase steadily and have numbered over 6, 100 people from October 1991 to May 1996. More than half of these students were upgrading their skills for current jobs and others were individuals who were wanting to return to the workforce with computer skills. Mission continues to be flexible for all its clients and has served both rural and urban located companies.

Courses taught are those demanded by our customers and the marketplace. The classes are taught at introductory, intermediate and advanced levels. In addition, clients can have courses customized and designed for their own particular requirements. Transition and upgrade courses are also available.

  Mission will consult with companies to help them plan their computer usage more effectively. We will do an assessment of how they are using the computer and then advise them of the areas that they could improve productivity and automation. We will also consult with companies on their planning and implementation of a database - Access, FoxPro, Maximizer.

• Database Programming

  Programming in Access or FoxPro. Mission will design custom programs for business. Once designed, Mission can teach what is necessary to add your own queries and reports, so that you are self-sufficient.
