Past Projects have included development administration for Mayfair Developments Inc. as well as on behalf of clients and syndicate partners in the area of Commercial and Residential Property development and acting in a consulting capacity in such areas as Land use and inventory studies, development & growth projections for use by Public Sector Officials in anticipating future growth trends. Accomplishments 1973 2001

Have built Mayfair Developments Inc. into a successful real estate development company with a wide range of experience in residential and commercial development including a substantial portfolio of completed projects as well as a respected consulting practice.

1990-96

Vice Chairman for the City of Ottawas Committee of Adjustment

1996/97

Completed training in Conflict Resolution, specifically Community Based Conflict Resolution through the Canadian Institute of Conflict Resolution. Went on to participate in and intervene and resolve conflict situations. Presently affiliated with, and director of the Ridgewood Foundation for community based conflict resolution. www. ridgewood. ca

1996/97

Completed the Ontario Securities Course. At some point it may be useful to bring a securities background into the area of real estate consulting.

1998-present

Recognized a need for and then instigated a program to place Automated Electronic Heart Defibrillators throughout the Ottawa region. I began this project in the fall of 1998 and founded Ottawa HeartSafe acting in the capacity of Executive Director. By early 2001 the new city of Ottawa announced a program to place 335 automated units throughout the region as well as to train 3000 individuals to operate those machines. It is hoped that by implementing this program the mortality rate from Sudden Cardiac Arrest will decrease substantially in Ottawa. Presently we loose 800 persons a year and have a 3 to 4 % survival rate. We expect to increase that survival rate to at least 30% with a net benefit of some 240 lives saved every year.

Enrolled in B. A. Program at University of Ottawa with specialty in world religions.

1985- Present

Have traveled extensively nationally and internationally and wish to pursue this in future.
