Methapharm is a privately held Canadian corporation
engaged in the worldwide distribution and sale of finished
dose pharmaceutical products. The company`s HO is
located in Brantford, Ontario and Methapharm has been
operating since July 1995.

Methapharm`s mission is to provide the international health
care industry with quality niche products which fill market
'needs' not effectively serviced by larger pharmaceutical
companies. This mission will be achieved through the
sourcing and marketing of branded (and unbranded) products which
no longer have the market 'critical mass' necessary to be of
interest to multinational or large pharmaceutical companies.

The company`s current principal business is methacholine, a
bronchial provocation agent used to diagnose asthma
patients. Methapharm exports to all corners of the world
and has targeted several additional countries for regulatory
approval by the millennium.

Recently, the company negotiated a licensing agreement with a
major pharmaceutical company to takeover all rights to the
leading and only FDA approved methacholine brand in the U.S.
Provocholine.

Methapharm launched Provocholine in the U.S. under the Methapharm
label in June 1998 and received it's NOC in February 1999 for
Canada. It is the only methacholine chloride approved for human
use in Canada and the USA.
