Testimonials:

My experience working with Debbie was a positive and rewarding experience. Her true belief and care about people demonstrates itself with every program she is involved in. She doesn't give up finding creative ways to work through difficult situations. I have had the opportunity to work with Debbie coaching me through the development of building a brochure to promote my business. Her vision turned a difficult subject into a valuable marketing brochure for me.

I have had the pleasure of working with Debbie as a co-trainer. Her relaxed leadership style invites participants to feel comfortable with the topic at hand. I would gladly recommend Deb as a personal coach and trainer. Her personal experiences and knowledge is a given asset to anyone working with Debbie.

Throughout difficult times, when proceeding to build my business, Debbie was supportive in coaching me to see things from a different perspective, always positive, supportive and the focus not to give up! Debbie is a very ambitious and determined person when it comes to helping people developed their personal skills and finding their way to success.

As a trainer and the owner of three companies, I was finding my life getting a bit complicated and needed to take a step back to review where I was, and where I was going. Lois was a big help. Her quiet way meant she was a great listener and able to ask some incisive questions to get to the meat of the issues I needed to face. She helped me make some important decisions and I appreciate her sincere approach, her insight and her caring attitude. Thanks, Lois!

To future coachees, As a result of my coaching from Debra Bannister, my commitment to my family and my work has increased. My life is more balanced, my purpose clearer. When I have issues shes a great sounding board. She listens and gives me advice without telling me what I should do, instead allowing me to tailor the advice to fit my management style. I always feel lighter and refreshed after speaking with her, which allows me to focus on the issue at hand.

She is Fantastic!!!

Andrea Morningstar Manager, Connectivity Agfa Healthcare

'When I sought coaching, I despised the area I was working in due to many situations that had occurred, and I was really wanting a whole new change. But I was feeling frustrated and worthless because my marketing efforts weren't working, and I didn't seem to be able to make the change occur.

Through my work with Lois, I learned that I actually had a lot of great qualities and work experience. I also learned that about the specific strengths that my personality type has to offer. Lois understood how I was feeling, and taught me ways of handling situations that were occurring in my life. She also helped me with my resume, and how to prepare for an interview.

Lois helped me learn how to make decisions on my own, how to have the courage to go through with those decisions, and to feel good about the decisions I had made. I'd recommend her services to anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life!'

'When I first came to see Lois, my common-law relationship of three years was falling apart, my self-esteem was shattered, and I was recovering from a surgery that left me both physically and emotionally exhausted.

Lois helped me to rebuild my self-esteem and turn the situation around. She taught me how to stay out of emotional triangles, how to manage my anger, and how to communicate effectively in conflict situations. Lois also encouraged me to develop my independent public-speaking business, and introduced me to resources and people who have helped me expand my business network.

Working with Lois helped me to see my life through a much more positive lens. As I continue to develop, I know I will be using many of the things I learned through my work with her.'
