DESCRIPTION Emotionally immature adult toddlers are fully capable of seriously undermining team productivity, particularly if they happen to be in charge. The Peer Mentoring System is a ready-made solution for this problem, providing teams of 8 10 people with the tools they need to learn up to 100 Performance (Soft) Skills on their own, using a structured methodology to guide their learning over a period of about a year. The Platinum Rule Behavioural Styles Workshop
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Everyone is familiar with the GOLDEN RULE for living: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. But in order to be truly effective in our communication with others, we need to understand and practice the PLATINUM RULE: Do unto others as THEY would have you do unto THEM. In this workshop, we explore the four basic behavioural styles, including their differing strengths, challenges, preferences, and responses to stress. Longer versions of the workshop allow participants to practice varying their communication style according to the requirements of each of the different behavioural styles.
