Meikle Automation is a global machine building company formed to design, build and service superior quality full factory automated and semi-automated assembly, test, welding and material handling systems. Typical projects range from small lean manufacturing cells($50, 000-$200, 000) and rotary dials ($100, 000- $750, 000) to multiple station robotic power and free pallet based assembly and test solutions ($300, 000-$6, 000, 000) with production rates up to 3600 pcs. per hr.
Our professional mechanical and machine control design staff, fully engineer all machines at the beginning of the project. Detailed mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and panel layouts, as well as PLC/PC programs are reviewed and approved by our customers before each machine is built.
This cooperative engineering process always improves the quality of the finished product. The completed design documents form a permanent record to simplify maintenance and future changes or additions to the machine. Manuals shipped with all machines include full drawings and CAD data if required. This level of in- house engineering is a prerequisite to building superior quality factory automation.
