Since 1985 Mega Industries Incorporated has been providing material handling solutions to industrial companies around the world. Our full line of material handling products includes bin and concrete vibrators and vibratory equipment such as vibrating tables, feeders, screens and carshakers. Mega has a full line of pneumatic, hydraulic and electric vibrators for use in the bulk handling, foundry, chemical, food, refractory and concrete industries. Vibrators are also used in parts handling in the metal stamping, automotive and related industries. Mega represents Dynapac Vibrators.
Mega Industries designs and manufactures conveyors of all types. These include belt conveyors, chain conveyors, magnetic conveyors, roller conveyors and made-to-order conveyors. Mega Industries also designs and manufactures special purpose machinery for industry, and can supply supplementary equipment such as custom drive/control packages, speed controls/frequency inverters, level controls and timers for the equipment we supply.

Mega designs custom equipment solutions. This includes made-to-order controllers utilizing PLC's, timers and speed controls. Our vibration test tables are used to fatigue test and inspect electronic components and other equipment.
Mega Vibrating Feeders used in heat-treating applications replaced conveyor loading parts into furnace. System included speed controls and eliminated damage to parts in strict quality- control environment. Another recent project involved the manufacture of a custom-built low profile vibrating table for a drum-filling operation. The customer ordered three additional machines complete with custom designed timer/control after the first unit improved production.
