McCurdy Telecommunication Products has been a supplier to broadcasters, telephone companies and other common carriers since its inception as a corporation in 1972 and before that, as a division of a no longer associated company from 1959.
From the beginning, and continuing today, all research, engineering and manufacturing has been done in-house at our plant, which is currently located in a modern 8, 000 square foot facility in suburban Toronto.
We have specialized in program audio and broadcast telephone equipment and currently produce one of the broadest lines of this equipment available.
Our current standard catalogue consists of over one hundred and forty models of amplifiers, equalizers, power supplies, digital audio codes, frames, racks and various system accessories. Custom systems, ranging from individual units to complete multi-rack facilities, are also engineered and built for specific applications. Complete project services are provided, from design through manufacturing and installation of the equipment.
Customer support, in the form of application information and technical assistance, is provided for all products along with timely service and repair for the life of the product from our competent service department. As a result of this experience, and that of our engineering staff who possess previous experience at Bell, other telephone companies and broadcast stations, we are quite familiar with the standards and procedures of these industries.
