Maxself is system integrator and turn key provider of automated assembly equipments and custom built machineries in Ontario, Canada.

Robot Support Services

Field Service- We have trained service technicians who are available for same day or next day service. We have service techs specializing in ABB, Motoman and Fanuc robots. Programming- With trained robot programmers we are able to create and modify your robots program so that you get the optimal cycle time you desire. System Integration- Our engineers and techs have years of experience to design and install a custom robot system for all types of applications. Training- If you need training for programming, operations, or maintenance we can do in house training. We come to your facility for your convenience. Installation- If you have a robot and you need someone to help anchor the robot and hook up electric and install it to the manufacturers specs we can help. Rebuilding- We can do complete rebuild of your robot and save you thousands over buying other used or new robots. We completely tear down your robot and evaluate it. All worn parts are replaced with quality new or rebuilt parts. Service Contracts-All robots need service done at some point. Every 1-3 years depending on how many shifts your robot runs. We can setup a service contract so that once every 1-3 years we will come in and do a complete maintenance check and program backup.

Many of our projects require us to start electrical work from the initiation. As such we offer services in keeping with this area. They include:

By that, we mainly mean that we strive not to alienate anyone and are quick to share problem solutions with maintenance staff for their future reference. After several service calls on a complicated machine, problems and solutions become faster with each visit. Consider the following points:

A very good knowledge of the oldest technology that may exist in your plant and reference material to back it up. An equally good knowledge of the newest technology in your plant and the technical support to back up that aspect of our service. Where we are called on to do an electrical installation, we are licensed electrical contractors in Canada including Electrical Master's licenses with 5 million dollars liability insurance and certifications including ESA (former Ontario Hydro Inspection) too numerous to mention here. An understanding of the importance of working around production where possible and co-operation with everyone involved in that aspect. Test and programming equipment worth a great deal for faster problem solving. Several company laptop computers, scores of PLC interfaces and software, and years of experience with most industrial microprocessors, add that PLC dimension to the newest technology, to complete our range of competence from the oldest to the newest. Unless otherwise specified, we supply systems with the Alien Bradley line of PLC's and keep current at all times with Rockwell Automation's latest RS Logix 5 and 500 Software.
