Cdnamesearch Interactive Trademark Search
Software and database for searching Canadian and United States trademarks. Canadian edition is published on CD-ROM weekly, and includes figurative elements and registration pages for all pending and registered trademarks of the Canadian intellectual property office, and for many abandoned and cancelled trade- marks. CDNameSearch is sold by subscription (weekly or monthly). The Canadian intellectual property office has a site license and use only CDNameSearch for electronic trademark searches done by the examiners. Most major trademark agents in Canada subscribe to CDNameSearch. The U. S. edition is published in bi-weekly and monthly editions and contains all active trademarks as provided by the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
