Cdnamesearch Interactive Trademark Search
Software and database for searching Canadian and United States trademarks. Canadian edition is published on CD-ROM weekly, and includes figurative elements and registration pages for all pending and registered trademarks of the Canadian intellectual property office, and for many abandoned and cancelled trade- marks. CDNameSearch is sold by subscription (weekly or monthly). The Canadian intellectual property office has a site license and use only CDNameSearch for electronic trademark searches done by the examiners. Most major trademark agents in Canada subscribe to CDNameSearch. The U.S. edition is published in bi-weekly and monthly editions and contains all active trademarks as provided by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
