Company Description
Established in 1983, Marbek Resource Consultants provides consulting services in the interrelated fields of energy and the environment. Marbek has contributed effectively to environmental and energy management goals through a diverse range of domestic and international assignments. The firm's principals have been involved since the early 1970s in the conceptualization, implementation and evaluation of a host of energy efficiency and environmental policy and program initiatives for all levels of government. Through more than a decade of utility and private sector experience in Canada and internationally, they have contributed extensively to many DSM planning and analytical techniques used today.
Marbek is managed by five principals, with support from a multi-disciplinary team of in-house professionals with expertise in a variety of fields including natural resource management, law, economics, engineering, environmental sciences, and computer science. They have also established relationships with a network of organizations and individuals with complementary skills.
