Mansonville & Group are manufacturers of expanded polystyrene products.

These products range from rigid insulation, void fill, geofoam for highways, floatation, display work and custom shape products such as seed containers, fishboxes and specialized packaging.

Our product has been used in such projects as the 14th tee of the worlds only floating golf tee, the floating helicopter pad in Vancouver BC harbour, and as geofoam void fill in the Pat Bay Highway, Vancouver Island. We also now supply Insulated Steel Panels.

We are members of the Vancouver Regional Construction Assoc, The Roofing Contractors Association of BC, EPS Molders Association, and Northwest Walls and Ceilings. We are certified with Warnock Hersey and ICBO for both Type 1 and Type 2 products

As a committment to the environment, we do not use CFC's or HCFC's. We also recycle all polystyrene.

• Floatation Billets

  Expanded polystyrene blocks used for floating docks, housing, or fish farms. Blocks can be covered with urethane coatings. For positive floatation, we also fill your plastic containers with expanded polystyrene.

• Geofoam

  Expanded polystyrene blocks used for void fill in landscaping, under sidewalks, under roads and at bridge abatements. Density vary from a light to heavy weights depending on needs.

  Laminated panels using steel and expanded polystyrene

• Polystyrene Insulation

  Polystyrene insulation board, Type 1, 2, & 3. We also provide EIFS insulation board for exterior finishing systems.
