MotoSafe(tm) and FailSafe(tm) Insulation Monitors are engineered for industrial and marine applications respectively. They carry UL Listing, CSA certification, Lloyds Type approval by the American Bureau of Shipping, the US Coast Guard, DET Norske Veritas and Germanisher Lloyd. Units for airport lighting circuit monitoring meet FAA requirements.
MotoSafe(tm) and FailSafe(tm) Insulation Monitors give early warning of electrical insulation deterioration, to permit timely preventive maintenance to restore the insulation to its 'as new' condition. Installable for alarm only or for start prevention, as required, bypass is provided by selectable alarm levels on most models.
All units are designed for DIN rail mounting and have shrouded, front accessible terminals for all wiring. Units are available for all standard AC voltages to 6.6 kV and for DC voltages to 1200 v.
MotoSafe(tm) and FailSafe(tm) Insulation Monitors are sold to all sectors, with emphasis on the marine, mining, pulp and paper, petroleum and industrial markets.
