Q & A How can we be of service? Where to start?

Q: How do you source the products we are looking for? Or how do you find existing products? A: We have an excellent data base and exclusive world wide information network, which has been developed & compiled over the past 15 years.

Q: What information do I need to provide? A: As much as you can to facilitate the successful results of your query. i. e. What quantities do you require? What is your target price to make the project viable for you? When do you need the product? Do you have samples of what you are looking for? Do you have design specification that need to be incorporated? Do you have specific packing requirements? Do you require design or patent protection? etc. Each client is different. However, in general, it is best and most cost effective to first narrow down some of the most important and basic requirements.

Q: What will I receive as a result of using your services? A: As much or little as you like. Again, every client is different. We can just find the product or factories for you. Or perform designing, manufacturing, sampling, licensing, patenting, custom packing, private labelling, trademark protection, shipping, customs clearing, warehousing, distribution or anywhere in between. In general, we work very closely with our clients and develop a program that meets their specific needs. Some clients only want to gain information on the how to aspect of their query. And others want little to do with the details, but rather just to have their goods arrive at a certain place, time and price. It is always best to have an idea as to how much involvement you will require from us. And of course this degree of involvement can be adjusted along the way.

Q: What will your services cost? A: The initial consultation to discuss your request is no charge, however a $200.00 retainer is required for further involvement. This retainer is deducted from the cost of your first order when delivered. Naturally, since we perform very thorough work for our clients, there is a cost involved, thus a refundable retainer applied to the first order is fair for all. However as a working relationship is developed the retainers are generally no longer required.

Q: What about confidentiality? A: We have many clients with exclusive product, brands, designs and trademarks, which are keep strictly confidential.
