The Luna Fertility Indicator is based on the science of the saliva/hormone phenomenon. When a woman ovulates, the increased estrogen creates salt in her saliva producing a ferning pattern when viewed through a special microscope. By tracking these patterns on the kits comprehensive chart a woman can pinpoint the best time for conception. These completed charts will also provide healthcare professionals information pertinent to an accurate conception date, infertility or a shift in overall health.
