Lord's Nova Balsam Christmas Trees, a division of Lord's Forestry Enterprises Limited, is a major Nova Scotia grower and exporter of quality balsam fir Christmas trees, wreaths, garland and fir boughs. Established in 1978 we now grow, purchase and market some 50, 000 trees and 30, 000 wreaths annually. Our success has been based on balsam fir's unique fragrance and needle holding ability; our strict adherence to the official, but voluntary, Nova Scotia Christmas Tree Grading Standards, and our commitment to service. We offer a complete range of grades and sizes from light to medium density bundle trees to fully sheared, premium singles; from two foot 'table' trees to thirty foot 'church' trees.
We also offer hand crafted balsam fir wreaths, garland and bundles of fir boughts. Our export sales are currently concentrated in the eastern United States and the Caribbean. Our American clients include major brokers and wholesalers, large chains and many large and small retailers.
