London Training Center
The Culinary School of London is a private training institute
providing a high standard of career training for individuals
wanting to become certified Cooks or Bakers. Our campus is
located in London, Ontario. We offer an 8 month full-time
program of theory and practical, reality-based training. You
can complete our program in 32 weeks and be prepared to write
the provincial trade exam; where college and other chef schools
can take up to 2 years. On successful completion of all
courses, students will also be HACCP (Safe Food Handling
Certification) and WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials
Information System)-certified.
Our classes have a maximum of 12 students per instructor -
one of the lowest student-teacher ratios in the industry.
Students benefit from small classes and individualized
attention.
Our program is designed to accommodate continuous intake - so
you can start training when the time is right for you.
Students are involved in the operation of our on-site
Bistro, as well as participating in a weekly placement
opportunity in various types of food service establishments. We
have an in-house Hospitality Employment Service, which assists
students and graduates with seeking employment. We have over
90% placement rate for graduates.
