L-1 Gas Linepro
This heavy duty commercial gas linemarking system is excellent
for parking lots, side roads, detours, bike/walking pathways, and
crosswalks. It is powered by a smooth running 4hp Honda engine
and belt driven to minimize vibration. The modular cart is
rugged, yet lightweight, and includes a handy tool box. Using a
three wheel configuration with a solid mounted front wheel (or
available swivel wheel) provides excellent balance, control, and
the straightest possible lines. All three tires are air filled
for smooth operation. The paint is drawn directly from the
original container to eliminate pouring and splashing. The gun
can easily be adjusted to any position, i.e.; inline with front
wheel for best quality line, up front to spray up to curbs or
walls, angled sideways for spraying curbs, left side or right
side of cart, and up or down to vary line width anywhere from 2``
to 14``. The L-1 gas uses a quick response hydraulic membrane
pump to eliminate line width fluctuations and allows precise
adjustment of paint pressure (0-3000 psi). To make this system
even more versatile, the gun is easily removed for regular
airless paint spraying of lacquer, latex, stain, epoxy, and
prepared block filler. A second gun kit is available for dual
lines. A glass bead unit is now available.
Painting Equipment

Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Applications.
Lemmer has been an integral part of the Canadian paint spray
equipment industry since 1965. Producing products that are
distributed world wide Lemmer has not forgotten that sales and
service are key factors in maintaining customer satisfaction.
Each year new products are developed yet a comprehensive
inventory of repair parts are stocked for equipment over 30 years
old. Exploring our website will help you select the correct
equipment for your painting applications.
Hvlp Air Gun
The Air Spray HVLP is designed for low overspray and high
production. Low overspray is achieved by converting compressor
air to High Volume Low Pressure in the air cap. High production
is attained through a pressurized paint container which delivers
a constant fluid flow. Applications for this spray gun include
furniture fine finishing, auto body, metal fabrication, and most
other spray type jobs. The metal gun is durable and has a large
pot opening for easy cleaning.
Piston Paint Sprayers
In the commercial paint spraying industry piston pumps are one of
two standard types used. The Lemmer piston pump is manufactured
using solid time proven components coupled with modern advanced
features never before incorporated into a piston pump. Some
advantages of a Lemmer piston pump is that they are very quiet,
require very little maintenance, and packings can be quickly
changed.
Electrostatic Painting Equipment
Electrostatic painting equipment allows the paint to ``wrap``
around the product being sprayed. Electrostatic ``wrap`` is
achieved by charging the paint with a static charge. Once
charged, the paint being sprayed will be attracted to the nearest
grounded object, and will disperse evenly over the entire
surface. This results in a great reduction of overspray, thus
saving paint. On many smaller pipes, tubes, etc. the painter does
not have to spray the back side of the objects because the
charged paint has ``wrapped`` completely around, thus saving time
and material. To achieve all this, the Lemmer electrostatic uses
a special multi-channel swirl nozzle. It creates a slow spiral
fog which allows time for the paint to ``wrap``. Note: Due to the
fine 'fog' atomization, any air movement (wind or large fans)
during spraying will have a negative affect on the ``wrap``.
Also, optional flat spray nozzles are available for large
surfaces.
