Landlords Unite
We register tenants rental histories, supplied to us by their current and past landlords. When a landlords that belongs to Landlords Unite is goning to rent to a new tenant he supplies us with the tenants name and permission to do a tenant history check. We access our data base on that tenant and then forward a report to the landlord. Bad or good we give the tenants accurate rental history as it has come right from the past landlords. Takes the guess work out of renting to new tenants, you now know what they have done rent wise in the Past. Also tenants can get their rental history for renting another unit, for mortgage references on credit applications. Benifits both tenants and landlords except the 'bad ones'
